Suggestion: Show Inventory Quantity While Creating Sales Invoice

Dear Manager.io Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to suggest a useful feature for the sales process. Currently, when entering a Sales Invoice, we can select inventory items, but their available quantity is not visible at that point. This creates difficulty for cashiers or sales staff, as they have to manually go to the Inventory Items tab and search each item to confirm stock availability.

Suggestion:
Please consider displaying the available quantity of each inventory item right next to the item name or in a separate column when selecting items in a sales invoice or sales quote. This small addition would greatly improve workflow efficiency and help avoid over-selling items that are out of stock.

Thank you for developing such a great and user-friendly accounting software. I hope you’ll consider this enhancement in future updates.

Please implement it. as it is utmost for the querries of customers. its quite difficult for us to find the inventory from inventory items

As it has been in Ideas for many, many years I don’t think this is a high priority item on the developer’s list of things to do
