Suggestion: More customer information

As a Suggestion, can we have more customer information such as:

  • Ability to write emails and receive emails from customers (not just for sending quotes, invoices etc).
  • Ability to write letters to customers, this could just be another quote tab but without the quote box to look more like a letter
  • Ability to set follow ups and calender entries for meetings, events, etc.
  • Ability to upload info as documents or photos etc

I imagine these features will eventually arrive but right now I’m concentrating on making the accounting-side complete. I’m not too far away.
