I um unable to renew my subscription. when I try to pay my subscription renewal price after the card verification the renewal date has extended to 1 year but no payment has deducted from my card. Now payment link also inactive. and subscription renewal due massage show again and again. please give me an alternative payment link so that I can renew my subscription. I already send an email to billing and support section but no one reply still now.
