How i set a date to add customer balances in version 22.3.4.?
Because in setting tab "set starting date " is not shown

Can anyone explain how i add starting balances for customers and suppliers in the version 22.3.4
i am trying all guides but not successful to add starting balances. 
i add starting balance in customer form but its shown in negative amount
