Is there a way a digital stamp can be incorporated in the system so as to enable the stamping of the generated documents before sending.

what exactly do you mean by stamping?
if it as adding a signature, then it can be implemented with the help of custom fields.
these have been discussed on the forum many times and a simple search will get you the answers. also refer to the guides section first if you are a new user.
Do you mean like how Freshbooks can put a ‘PAID’ “stamp” on an invoice if it has already been paid before sending it to the customer (autopay)?
