SQLite database error message after update

I update my Manager software thein I import my account file but not open i get this message any one can help me to solve this problem
This business database is not valid

Manager data is stored in SQLite database. However it appears the file you are attempting to open is not a SQLite database

You need to upgrade Manager to 20.9.89 (downloaded from Github), then to a more current version. Follow the instructions linked.

@lubos could you add something to the Manager updates, checking current version and if older than 20.9.89 do x, else do y?
