Also Managers definition of W1 is still wrong as it does not comply with the ATO reporting requirement.

This will be fixed.

I contacted Single touch who confirmed

• W1 in the BAS includes Jobkeeper
• W1 in Single touch payroll to the ATO includes Jobkeeper
• Gross pay in single touch payroll to the ATO does not include JobKeeper

I did not confirm the other allowances however their response does reinforce the ATO documentation Aust localisation inconsistent with ATO requirements
