Single Touch Payroll Phase 2 problems

Hi there,

I have troubles using the single touch payroll.

Firstly, the export csv file does not contain ‘Income Stream Country code’ and singletouch.com.au does not accept it.

Secondly, when I create STP worksheet for certain period, even though I set period, the result always calculate YTD, and when I upload the csv file as period, singletouch.com.au calculates last reported value plus new event as a year to date value. This means YTD value is more than what it should be. This needs to be rectified asap. Thanks.

On the single touch payroll web portal set:

  • year to date values (so it automatically corrects past month’s error)
  • fields imported
