custom themes are made for individual needs and it would seldom be useful for others.
you can hire a local programmer to customize a theme as per your needs.
you can check the guides section were solutions for most common requirements are already provided.
also, search the forum for more ideas as specific solutions were provided by many users previously. understand that custom themes are the responsibility of the user.

Unfortunately Manager does not have a coding sub forum which would accumulate such posts.
Searching this forum will provide some examples however community coding discussions have generally been poorly received by forum administrators.
