I would like to know if i can be able to rewrite or re-arrange the THEMES so I can make one suitable for my business.

Read the Guide: https://www.manager.io/guides/10368. Creation of new themes is your own responsibility. This forum is not the place to obtain instruction about writing Liquid code. If you do not personally have the skills necessary, hire a local programmer. Most competent web developers should be able to handle such a task.
