I have set up my suppliers and it all worked well but now I cant seem to spend any money it won’t let me its got a red circle thingy. What is wrong?

Can you show screenshot what you are referring to?

sorry I don’t know how to screen shot, I have a new lap top. Everything seems ok till I try to put in the $ amount
