I updated Manager last week. Ever since I did this, when I send my emails with my invoice attachment, it goes to the receiver’s junk mail. As a result, most of my clients are not getting my emails with their invoice unless they happen to look in their junk mailbox. IS there a reason this is doing this all of a sudden and more importantly, is there a way to stop this?
The only way is to use custom SMTP server under Email Settings
when you go to Settings
tab.
In near future, everybody will have to use custom SMTP if they want to send emails from Manager. I just need to prepare some guides how to set it up for common email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc. before I pull the trigger.
