Request to Manager.io Team – Quotation PDF Naming
Dear Manager.io Team,
After the recent updates ( I’m now using the version 25.11.11.3118 ), we noticed that when saving a quotation as PDF, the system now generates a generic file name:
“Quote”
instead of automatically using the quotation number + customer/company name as before.
The previous method was extremely useful because it:
Saved time
Helped avoid file duplication
Made it easy to search and identify quotations
Reduced manual renaming errors
Currently, we are required to rename each file manually, which slows down workflow and increases the chance of mistakes—especially for companies handling large numbers of quotations daily.
Kindly requesting
We kindly ask that you restore the previous automatic naming format, as it was more efficient and practical for business operations.
