Good evening. I have a problem with my sales invoices. After printing them, I can’t read them with the mobile barcode scanners used by the tax inspector. I need help resolving this issue because the inspector has an appointment for a visit. My software version is 26.7.3.3650. It used to read perfectly, and now the transfer is also excellent. I need a ready-made template that can read the barcode on a mobile phone. Attached are a picture of the invoice and a scanned image of the barcode.

I don’t think searching the QR code encrypted content would do anything.
Also, I tried scanning your code, but the image quality is not good enough.
Please provide a screenshot of the QR code alone.

- Edition of Manager (i.e.
Cloud,DesktoporServer) - Is this Phase 1 or Phase 2 QR code? In other words, have you connected Managet to ZATCA?
- Are you using a
