is it possible to have sales receipt for the customers who pay at the same time as opposed to invoices. or is possible to include a provision of "receive payment now: or something marked as cash sales .

You can make a direct-payment cash sale using a receipt. See Manager Cloud. The only downside is that such sales are not captured in the customer’s account. But that idea has been on the list for a long time: Improvement to payment and receipt forms.
