Probably because you selected a different pricing option Please show edit screen of the Sales Quote

I am facing same issue. Earlier Default Theme was perfect. My client is asking for a Sales Quote with the details as it use to be earlier

Yes it is essential. Previous display of the totals were perfect for my clients
