i already created my item in purchase part but when i go to the sales item, i cant find the item that i keyed in to the purchase part, may i know how to export the item because the item in purchase part will be same with the sales part.
I believe you created a Purchase Invoice Item and want to use the item not only under purchase invoices but also under sales invoices or sales.
You will have to create them separately. This is because only Inventory Items are usable in both sales and purchases.
So please create them.
Manager allows for batch creation, where you can import from excel, so enter your items on excel and import them in both areas (Sales Invoice Items and Purchase Invoice Items).
So in your case, export the created items onto excel and import them back to the new place you want them (sales Invoice Items).
