Since the latest update to version 23.5.2.815, I can no longer see the status of how many days are left for my sales invoices to be paid. Instead, I only see ‘due soon’ even though there are still 30 days left until my payment period expires. Is there an option I need to enable in order to see this information again?
Click on edit columns and enable whatever you want including the number of days left. Also note there has been lots of discussion on the forum to argue for the old way but it seems we just need to accept this way. If you want to discuss it you need to partake in the other discussion not this one. Here I simply explain what to do. See screenshot, you can select Days to due dat and Days overdue in addition to the more limited status you refer to.
Thank you for your response and the explanation. I didn’t even notice the edit columns option before. I’ll give it a try and see if it works for me. I’m not sure yet if I’m happy with the change, but I appreciate your help
