We have lots of Sales Quote, Sales order and finally sales invoices.
Confusion are very where as each staff in charge cannot determine clearly which ones have been treated or not mere glancing at Manager.
Please have this issue been resolved.

Sales quotes and sales orders have no financial impact in Manager. If you want to monitor their status, create custom fields with list options. Set them to show as columns and you will be able to examine, sort, and search their status in the tab listings. This has been discussed many times in the forum. Search for relevant discussions.
Sales invoices automatically have status shown in the Sales Invoices tab.
