I want to add a new column in which the number can be added to the amount and then the tax is calculated
you can perform arithmentic functions in the input fields itself.

but i need to see customer each category price on same line
create two line item custom fields to input the price and the number by which you need to multiply.
then enter the calculation as shown in the screenshot in my previous post.

this cannot be done with custom themes. you cannot change transaction amounts by using custom themes.
