If I understand correctly what you want, you will not be able to do it. You are asking to use a hard-coded display of database content as a spreadsheet. You can display the contents of custom fields as columns in tab listings, but calculation formulas are converted to the results of the calculation before being saved. So you will only be able to display the numerical results, not inputs and outputs.
