1-Can I restrict a user’s access to view a summary within a specified time period, without allowing them to modify the period or change the purpose, so that the user can only view the summary for a period determined by the administrator?
2-Can I restrict a user’s permission to access specific accounts within a chart of accounts, or prevent them from seeing certain accounts while viewing a summary?

Re 1: No, Manager has no automation anywhere because this would require users on different platforms, to create for example cron jobs (Linux) or scheduled task (Windows) that can trigger such action(s).
