Request for new standard budget report

In the report section, you can choose between P/L and P/L (Actual vs Budget)
There is no report that prints only the Budget figures. I think many people will welcome such a report.
In the current situation there is no possibility to create a decent next years budget (without actuals) and to print that as a report.
The only possibility is to create a new P/L report (Actual versus Budget) for next year but that only works if there are not already transactions in that period. For example, by experience I know that some users already enter all future amortization figures in Manager.

One way to implement this might be as a single report. Budget figures for the date range would always show. A checkbox could allow inclusion of actuals. That would probably be simpler (and faster) to add than an entirely new report.
