Request for Guidance on Service Reactivation After Payment Account Issue

Dear Support Team,

I am the Finance in charge of CJ Foods Myanmar
Our service was suspended recently due to an issue with our billing account—we were unaware that the payment account had insufficient funds at the time. We have since resolved the issue and replenished the account balance.

We have already contacted both the Support and Billing departments via email but have not yet received a response. We would like to kindly ask if there are any further steps we need to take in order to reactivate our service.

We would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.
