How can I Activate supscription cancelled if the payment is already paid?

Welcome to the forum.
If you cancel a subscription, there is a processing period before the unused subscription fee is refunded.
If that’s the case, then go to https://www.manager.io/cloud-edition/customer-portal and Restore subscription
If you were refunded, then you need to backup your businesses first and then start a new subscription.
