Cancelled Subscription due to Delayed Payment of Subscription Fees

Our access to manager.io wa cancelled due to delayed payment. We have already paid through invoice payment link shared in our email but still when we try to access our portal the message states

"The subscription for perficient.manager.io has been cancelled and is no longer active. Your data has not been deleted and will be available when you resubscribe. To reactivate, go to the Customer Portal and click Start Subscription."

We have navigated to the customer portal and observed the status reads “inactive” in Overview section. Kindly assist to elaborate a step by step guide how to proceed to recover our site.

Welcome to the forum.

After loging in to your customer portal, select your subdomain – in case you have more than one, and then click on Start Subscription as in this screenshot below:
