The “Inventory quantity summary” report is very useful for us to see trends in sales etc.
The one thing it’s missing for us is “Inventory owned”. This information can be seen in “Inventory items” but that information is always current.
Is there a way to get that data in a report with a selected date?

So you are wanting to look at inventory that you had at a point of time?
Not sure how to do that as I don’t use inventory.
Yes, but on the report I get the following information.
My issue here is that the “Closing balance” contains all the items we own (Qty on hand + Qty to receive).
In order to get “Qty on hand” and “Qty to receive” we are using the information you get from the “Inventory items” tab. This information is always current. It would be great if I could pull that data in a report.

Lead times from certain suppliers can sometimes be very long so it’s important for us to get a clear view of the total stock owned as well as what is currently in stock and which materials are in transit.
