Reference number for document generated by manager i.o

Hi,
I am new with Manager I.O. I am facing problem to change the setting of the reference number for all types of documents generated by manager i.o. all my documents (e.g PO, Invoice, D.O, etc) are generated with the year 2019xxxxxxx as the head/beginning of the document’s reference number. I believe this setting was never been changed since the first time this company use manager i.o.

How I can update and cange the setting to current year series number i.e 2024xxxxxxxx. I need a guide. I just started using this system since 2023 (previously handled by ex staff who is now resigned )…

You need to create a manual reference number first as 20240000001, then you can use automatic reference .
