Have you looked in the Recycle bin if you really used Shift + Delete, then this is not of use as Windows deletes the files permanently?
Do you have a backup - making backups regularly is very important?
System Restore in Windows if you have it activated in the past.
There is a hidden folder in C drive called $Recycle.Bin you can copy that folder to another drive and try to get access to its subfolders and search there you might find it.
As a last resort use File Recovery programs if this happened recently there is a good chance it can be recovered. The trial versions of most programs allow you to do the recovery only when you want to save the files it requires payment.
Whoever uses desktop standalone version, always make a backup once a month in onedrive. Even if your hard disk crash or you accidentally deleted which is the case here, you will always have a cloud backup.
