Is there a chance to have email templates for receipts in future? Also, after creating a receipt be able to pick up email address of the recipient automatically from the customer profile as the quotes and invoices do.

Receipts are not linked to customers. There is a suggestion in the ideas category to change that.
O lovely, thank you Tut. Iām thinking, considering that the invoice or payment being captured is linked to a customer, possible the receipt should link accordingly.
