Can we have a “full access, except” permission in the users?
I’d like to give access to the client’s accountant but restrict the user permission.
Any other suggestion would be appreciated.
Full access cannot be modified. You will need to customize the permissions to suit your requirements.
This is the alternative though but if there’s an easier way to do it, it’ll be much better.
You could ask the accountant to download and install the desktop edition and send them a backup copy to import
That way they could see all the data without access to the actual business data
