Hello! Cloud user 23.12.8.1218
We have a customer with an item that is invoiced but not yet delivered. “Qty to deliver” says “0”.
If I go on the inventory item, there is says we need to give them 20 pcs.
The picture says 45 but there is another customer who we need to deliver to as well.
For that customer it also says “qty to deliver” 0.
I’m not sure what is going on. Maybe I’m missing something?

Hello. I’m afraid I don’t understand. The items is being tracked. Before if I went to “customers” “Qty to deliver” would show any items that were invoiced but didn’t have a delivery note.
Our office staff when receiving an order always check the customers status before preparing the next order. This would help them make sure to prepare any items that were not delivered with their previous order.
