Qty on hand , average cost and total cost and inventory on hand all are empty

Hi Dears,
I want to check that how much amount of inventory i have but here is the problem
Qty on hand , average cost , total cost ,and inventory on hand is blank
Can anyone please tell me What i am doing wrong

What version of Manager is this?

Please see the guides at https://www.manager.io/guides/inventory-items and read/follow carefully. For example for Qty on hand:

Quantity on Hand

When using Quantity to Deliver and/or Quantity to Receive, the Quantity on Hand shows your physical stock:

  • Increased by: Goods Receipts.
  • Decreased by: Delivery Notes.
  • Excludes: Sales Invoices unless acting as Delivery Notes.
  • Excludes: Purchase Invoices unless acting as Goods Receipts.
  • Includes: All other general ledger transactions.

Note:

  • Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes affect Quantity Owned but not Quantity on Hand.
  • Delivery Notes and Goods Receipts affect Quantity on Hand but not Quantity Owned.

In any case I already provided you with the answer. You need to make sure that you enabled in Customize Delivery Notes and Goods Receipts. You can then use these or Sales Invoices that act as Delivery Notes and Purchase Invoices that act as Goods Receipts to see Qty on Hand.
