Phase II is fine now with the latest extension — after reporting, the QR scans and validates correctly
The issue is only in Phase I With the extension, the QR reads as registered with the correct VAT number but the total shows as 0 With a custom field the amount is correct, but shows as unregistered
So neither way gives a fully valid Phase I QR. Which is the correct setup @Mabaega
The TRN and date come through correctly, but the invoice total and VAT both show as 0 (the invoice is actually 32,154), and Regenerate doesn’t change that.
I have tried both the Desktop and Cloud Editions of the same version. Both operate seamlessly.
VAT and Total are correctly displayed. QR Phase I has been executed correctly.
I am currently experiencing an issue where the QR Code is not appearing on the invoice, despite it being generated and configured correctly within the system.
I recently downloaded and started using version 26.6.13.3642.
While checking the settings, I noticed that the Country Name is not displayed under Business Details. Could you please verify whether this is a known issue or advise how I can enable the Country Name field?
