Recently, the DIVISION entry on the purchase orders do not appear on the Profit and Loss Statement as per division. My each PO has the DIVISION for each item line selected. This used to be a good function to see which Division makes how much business. Can someone look into this ?

P&L Statement - when clicked on Sales, i see the list of the sales invoices with the edit button, when clicked on Manufacturing, no edit option and all Purchase Invoice dates becomes 12/31/2024…
P&L Statement do not list Purchase Invoice details based on Division.
if i create a Purchase Invoice without a pre-registered Inventory Item and add the Account manually, it works but when i enter pre-registered Inventory Item with pre-set details, it does not seperate Division…
Can you show an edit screen of an original Manufacturing entry not via a link from the P&L but from how you originally entered it.
Why did you anonimize the Division name? Your report show DIV 1 to 5 and General so what is there to “hide”?
This listing has issue dated 1/1/2025, i.e. next year while your report is 2024
i just hide the customer names… no need to share their names online…

That is not the problem, I posted a screenshot based on your screenshots where you blacked out your division selection. Please provide an edit screen where division is visible!
You also need to provide an edit screen of an inventory item and show the division, and custom income and custom expense accounts that you selected.
Show also how you setup these income and expense accounts in Chart of Accounts (screenshot).
There is no Top Circle Division in your P&L statement. Please show the edit screen of your P&L statement.
This is the view screen and is yet different again from the previous view screen that did not black out divisions. However for the last time provide the complete edit screen of this report.
