Purchase Invoice Withholding tax checkbox

Dear All,

I cannot identify the withholding tax checkbox when I open a new purchase invoice template. I can see only the discount checkbox. Please can anyone advise how to resolve for the withholding tax checkbox to appear on new purchase invoice.
