When defining a recurring sales invoice under Settings, the check box for Deduct withholding tax is missing. The same is true when a previous sales invoice that has withholding tax on it is copied to a new recurring sales invoice. Even when such a recurring sales invoice is created, any withholding tax is eliminated.
