Project not matching what the Guide suggest

Hi!

I hope this isn’t a silly question, but I’ve enabled the “Project” tab based on the guide, and things don’t match from the Guide to desktop Manager. In case anyone wonders, I’ve updated to the most current version.

Have I lost my mind or is there something else I need to do to enable Projects the same way as the Guide dictates… Or is it something only available on the cloud?

Thank you. I’m glad I’m not losing my mind. The in-progress guides are exactly what I want, but I will be patient.
