The entries in gray are purposely shown like that. They are not accounts. They are subgroups. The purpose is to emphasize accounts and de-emphasize subgroups. The lighter color also emphasizes the fact that subgroup totals are not included in group totals, that is, they are not double-counted.

The Suspense account balance is blue because it is a hyperlink. Everything shown in blue is a hyperlink.
