@its a linux server should i updae mono? which version is needed ?

Then install the latest version of Mono from https://www.go-mono.com

The latest version is apparently 6.8.0

it seems i have problems with mono install, i am in linux 16.04 and it seems i have broken packages that doesnt allow me to update, i am checking to fix this, thanks @lubos
