Picture for items in PO

I want to add/upload my items’ picture on purchase order page.
Is it possiable to implement?

Just use a Text Custom Field and insert the HTML image tag.

@Mark sales invoices, sales orders and sales quotes have ability to show images that are associated with items. OP is asking for the same to be implemented on purchase side.

Yes, Almost all categories have this ability to attach images except the purchase side.
