PDF Layout Issue with Custom Theme – Urgent Fix Required

Greetings,

The custom theme I previously created was working flawlessly. However, it appears that a recent change in the application has caused an issue with PDF generation.

Currently, the generated PDF no longer fits correctly within the template table. I attempted to readjust the layout, but the output still includes an unintended 30px padding on all sides. This padding is preventing the header and footer from aligning properly at the top and bottom of the page.

Due to this issue, we are now forced to manually generate invoices using Microsoft Word, which is not ideal.

I kindly request your urgent assistance to investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Are you still using Internal PDF generator?

New themes are to be written as complete HTML pages starting with:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
...

If you your custom theme doesn’t start with this, Manager will wrap it in html tag and add 30px padding.

You can avoid that by simply making sure your custom theme starts with <!DOCTYPE html>
