Hi I have a client who would like the report on a landscape orientation page. Is this possible?
Also is there a way to bold certain rows?
If you are asking about reports in the Reports tab, no and no. The reports are pre-designed.
Hi… if you choose to print them as a pdf file via Chrome (talking about the server edition) you can set everything (layout, scale of the report and so on).
katrina - just to be clear, the suggestion by @Davide should also be possible in the Cloud Edition, and you should be able to test that by signing up for a free trial.
This is somewhat misleading. Yes, you can cause a report to print in landscape orientation, but you have only rotated an image, not really adjusted the format to a landscape presentation. And results are different for different operating systems. Further, depending on exactly the procedure you use (generating a PDF in Manager and printing it versus printing directly through the operating system), attempts at scaling can cause the application to crash. (This is a known behavior on macOS and may occur on other operating systems). None of this does anything to put selected rows in boldface type as @katrina requested.
I can guarantee that in Windows 10 with Chrome works perfectly. I have a profit and loss statement with 21 columns (20 tracking codes plus the aggregated one) in landscape a3 format.
Hmm only have the desktop version
When using the desktop edition, you have the capabilities built into Manager. When using server or cloud editions, those may be augmented by your browser and operating system. For any edition, there is the possibility of operating system or third-party printing drivers or PDF generators. But none of those external possibilities can be controlled from within the program.
