Is it possible to set up a General Ledger Transaction Report for Payments only? This is for a basic set of accounts without payable and purchases, just Receipts and Payments.
I have tried setting up a Custom Account for this purpose but I cannot eliminate receipts lines even without amounts showing. If I put in Dates then all the receipts and payments show up. See these screenshots.
It’s funny I was wondering why would anyone request a report like this, only to stumble upon this in my custom reports:
Just remove the where statement for Receipts and you are good to go.
Also remove Select->Credit so you only see the payments (debit)
Thanks for the helpful suggestion. At first it still lists all the receipts as well. When I deleted the credit line it still listed receipts but without the amounts.
