Hi, May I know if there’s a way to password lock previous years accounts?
which version - desktop, cloud or server?
Read the Note at the end of this Guide: https://www.manager.io/guides/5510. Lock date is not password-protected on any edition. Ability to change it is controlled via user permissions, which do not exist for the desktop edition.
Does it mean that eg the cloud version will have a ‘lock’ feature? And if yes, lock feature is only for dates?
Did you read the Guide? All editions have the lock date feature.
What do you mean by this? The feature locks all transactions on or before the lock date, as the Guide says. You can see them, but they carry this notice instead of the Update and Delete buttons:
