There is no account locking. You will have to depend on your computer system’s password.

I’m not quite sure what you are asking, @Mitesh_Diyora. @Abeiku is correct that there is no way to control specific access to the Manager program on the desktop edition. But you can lock historical data to prevent it from being changed. See this Guide: Set lock date | Manager.
