Order of Chart of Accounts not working

The above issue has only arisen today.

When the order of accounts is attempted to be changed after going to Settings, Chart of Accounts and then double clicking the double ended arrow on an account, Manager will not let me drag the account to a new position anymore.

When I attempt to drag the account to a new position a red circle with a line in it appears now.

How to fix this issue or is it a bug? Any guidance appreciated.

It works well for me on the latest Cloud version.

Hi Tony, I am using Manager 25.2.17.2088 desktop on Windows 11.

You should try again after upgrading to the latest version.

Hi Tony. I upgraded to the latest version and there is no change. I noticed an internet shortcut on my desktop called “reorder-chart-of-accounts”". I clicked that and as long as Manager is open it goes to the re-order screen and it works. I am guessing this file should be somewhere else. The issue seems to be that Manager is pointing somewhere else and that if the shortcut was put back in the proper place all would work properly.

If anyone knows where this file should be please advise. I am a little lost.
