You should give option to lock or hide purchase invoice, cost price from inventory item tab, purchase order,Report tab individually. Because it is more necessary for businessman to hide these detail from their staff & worker sometimes. So please think about it.
User controls are available in Cloud and Server editions. You can upgrade to any of these easily.

Those editions have the exact same feature set, plus the ability to create multiple users.
You would assign a user account to each of your staff, and give access to only the areas that they are supposed to have access to. The permissions are extremely flexible, even allowing you to restrict certain bank accounts.
