In the desktop edition, no. In the server or cloud editions, do not give those users access to tabs you do not want them to see.
thats right i have done the same but the staff is not able to view the current inventory and its quantity
You cannot restrict permissions to allow a user to see some information on a page but not other information. If they can view a page, they can view the entire page.
