Open manager in web browser

i want to open manager in a web browser but the local host port always changes
http://localhost:59651/
there is any way to get it fixed

One way to open in a web browser and access it from anywhere would be to purchase either Cloud Edition or Server Edition.

These both use a consistent domain name (either subdomain.manager.io or your own custom domain).

i already opening manager in firefox browser and i’m using the desktop edition but the problem is when the manager app closed the the local host port changes so i need away to make it unchangeable

I understand that.

So that I can better understand what you’re trying to accomplish - why are you accessing the desktop edition via your browser, rather than using the app launcher? What benefit does it give you?

Wait does it changes port everytime? Are you using managerserver or or am I misunderstood that you’re acessing manager desktop via web browser?

i acessing manager desktop via web browser

i can count the benefit :
1- i can open many tabs
2- i can easily move in the sale invoice
3- i can add items and adding it in current sale invoice without closing it
and so many i can’t count right now

you are following an approach which is not the intended approach for the desktop version of Manager.
Manager application itself works like a browser and sets the necessary port every time the program is started.
you cannot set a default port for it.

If you are using the Windows copy of Desktop Edition, try this @Mohamed_Hamza:

  1. Open the regular Manager application (not the web browser)
  2. Select the business you wish to access
  3. Right-click the tab you want to open - e.g. Sales Invoice - and choose ‘Open in New Window’. You may also be able to do this by Ctrl + left-clicking the tab.

The application should automatically send you to the correct port.

If I understand you correctly, you don’t actually care about which port the application uses. What you care about is that you couldn’t bookmark the login page in your web browser?

Note that the third step above does not work in macOS, due to a difference in how the web view is rendered within Manager on that OS.

thanks for your attention and i hope manger will have more feature in the future

Using Linux Ubuntu you can open many even hundreds of Different Managers at the same time in desktop version. Go to the top left icon (ie. the search your computer icon) right click and then left click Files and Folders. Click Manager. Do this as many times you want to for having more than one business open at the same time.
